3.3 Dual Voltage Setting

This hair dryer features dual voltage for international travel. Before plugging in, ensure the voltage switch (usually located on the handle) is set to the correct voltage for your region (125V for North America, 250V for most other countries). A coin or small tool may be required to adjust the switch. Failure to set the correct voltage may damage the appliance.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On and Off

Plug the hair dryer into an appropriate electrical outlet. Locate the ON/OFF switch on the handle. Slide the switch to the desired setting:

  • OFF: Turns the appliance off.
  • LOW: Provides a gentle airflow and lower heat.
  • HIGH: Provides maximum airflow and heat for faster drying.

4.2 Drying Hair

  1. Towel-dry hair to remove excess moisture.
  2. Select the desired heat and speed setting.
  3. For general drying, use the hair dryer without an attachment or with the concentrator for targeted airflow.
  4. For curly or wavy hair, attach the diffuser and gently cup sections of hair, lifting towards the scalp to enhance natural texture.
  5. Move the hair dryer continuously to prevent overheating any single section of hair.
  6. Once styling is complete, slide the switch to OFF and unplug the appliance.

5. Care and Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Air Filter

For optimal performance, the air filter at the rear of the hair dryer should be cleaned regularly. Unplug the hair dryer. Gently twist or pull off the rear filter cover. Use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to remove any accumulated dust or hair. Replace the filter cover securely.

5.2 General Cleaning

Wipe the exterior of the hair dryer with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the hair dryer is completely dry before storing or using again.

5.3 Storage

When not in use, store the hair dryer in its provided storage pouch in a cool, dry place. Do not wrap the power cord around the hair dryer, as this can cause damage to the cord. Hang or coil the cord loosely.
