3. Setup and Installation

3.1. Before You Begin

• Ensure all necessary components are present: faucet body, joystick handle, instruction manual, and water line hose.
• Verify that your plumbing system is compatible with a standard ½-inch pipe connection.
• Confirm that the installation location is suitable for a wall-mounted faucet, especially for vessel sinks.

1. Turn off the main water supply to the bathroom.

3. Connect the water supply lines to the faucet's 3/8-inch OD inlets.
4. Secure the faucet to the wall, ensuring it is level and stable.
5. Connect the other end of the water supply lines to your hot and cold water valves.

7. Slowly turn on the main water supply and check for any leaks.

4. Operating Instructions

The AXOR Massaud Faucet features a single joystick handle for intuitive control of water flow and temperature.

4.1. Water Flow Control

• To turn the water on, gently lift the joystick handle upwards.
• To increase the water flow, lift the handle further.
• To decrease the water flow, lower the handle.
• To turn the water off, push the handle fully downwards.

4.2. Temperature Control

• To adjust the water temperature, move the joystick handle left or right.
• Moving the handle to the left typically increases the hot water mix.
• Moving the handle to the right typically increases the cold water mix.
• Find your desired temperature by slowly adjusting the handle's horizontal position.

The silicone spray nozzles are designed to resist mineral buildup and are easy to clean.

• Periodically wipe the silicone nozzles with your finger or a soft cloth to dislodge any mineral deposits.

Hansgrohe, Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that AXOR products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns both the product and the home in which the product was originally installed. This warranty is non-transferable.

For commercial purchasers, the warranty period is one (1) year for AXOR products from the date of purchase. The warranty period for products in Rubbed Bronze, Matte Black, and Matte White finishes is three (3) years from the date of purchase.
