Setup and Installation
Tools Required: Screwdriver, wire strippers, electrical tape, ladder, safety glasses.
- Prepare for Installation:
- Turn off power at the circuit breaker or fuse box.
- Carefully unpack all components and inspect for any damage.
- Ensure the electrical junction box is securely mounted and rated for the fixture's weight (70 lbs / 31.75 kg).
- Mounting the Canopy and Chain:
- Attach the mounting hardware to the electrical box.
- Determine the desired hanging height for the chandelier. The fixture includes 80 inches of chain, which can be shortened. Additional chain can be purchased separately if needed.
- Thread the electrical wires through the chain and canopy.
- Secure the chain to the canopy and the mounting hardware.
- The fixture can be installed on a sloped ceiling up to a 45-degree angle.
- Electrical Connections:
- Connect the fixture's wires to the household electrical wires according to local codes (typically black to black, white to white, ground to ground).
- Ensure all connections are secure with wire nuts and electrical tape.
- The fixture includes 240 inches of total wire for a maximum suspension up to 305.5 inches with additional chain.
- Attaching the Chandelier Body:
- Carefully lift the chandelier body and attach it to the chain/canopy assembly.
- Dressing with Crystals:
- Following the included instruction sheets, attach the crystal beads, pendeloques, drops, pears, and the crystal ball finial to the chandelier frame.
- Handle crystals by their metal pins or clips to avoid fingerprints.
- Installing Light Bulbs:
- This fixture requires 25 x E12 base, B10 shape, 120V light bulbs (60W maximum incandescent or LED equivalent). Bulbs are sold separately.
- Gently screw each bulb into its socket. Do not overtighten.

Operating Instructions
- Once installation is complete and power is restored, operate the chandelier using a standard wall switch.
- The fixture is compatible with smooth and continuous dimming using a compatible dimmer switch (sold separately).
- While the product specifications mention 'Touch' control, this typically refers to a compatible wall dimmer switch, not direct touch interaction with the fixture itself.
Maintenance
- Cleaning:
- Turn off power before cleaning.
- Dust the metal frame with a soft, dry cloth.
- Clean crystal components with a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with distilled water or a specialized crystal cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Do not spray cleaner directly onto the fixture; spray onto the cloth first.
- Bulb Replacement:
- Ensure power is off and bulbs have cooled before attempting to replace them.
- Unscrew the old bulb and replace with a new E12 base, B10 shape, 120V bulb (60W max incandescent or LED equivalent).
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Fixture does not light up. | No power, loose wiring, faulty bulb. | Check circuit breaker/fuse. Verify wire connections. Replace bulbs. |
| Lights flicker. | Loose bulb, incompatible dimmer, unstable power. | Tighten bulbs. Ensure dimmer is compatible with LED/incandescent. Consult electrician for power issues. |
| Crystals appear dull. | Dust or residue buildup. | Clean crystals as per maintenance instructions. |
