Setup and Installation

- Prepare the Installation Area:
- Turn off power at the main circuit breaker or fuse box to the outlet box where the fixture will be installed.
- Ensure the mounting surface is clean, dry, and structurally sound.
- Mount the Fixture:
- Carefully remove the fixture from its packaging.
- Align the fixture's mounting holes with the outlet box or pre-drilled holes in the ceiling. This fixture is designed to cover a standard outlet box.
- Secure the fixture to the ceiling using the provided mounting screws. Ensure it is firmly attached and does not wobble.
- Electrical Connections:
- Connect the fixture's white wire to the white (neutral) wire from the outlet box using a wire nut.
- Connect the fixture's black wire to the black (hot) wire from the outlet box using a wire nut.
- Connect the fixture's ground wire (usually bare copper or green) to the house ground wire (usually bare copper or green) from the outlet box. If no house ground wire is present, connect to the green grounding screw on the mounting bracket.
- Carefully tuck all wires into the outlet box.
- Install Bulbs and Diffuser:
- Insert four (4) 32-watt F32T8 fluorescent bulbs into the lamp holders. Ensure they are seated correctly.
- Carefully place the white acrylic diffuser onto the fixture, ensuring it is securely in place.
- Restore Power:
- Turn the power back on at the circuit breaker or fuse box.
- Test the fixture to ensure it operates correctly.

Operating Instructions
The Progress Lighting P7206-30EB fixture is designed for simple operation. Once properly installed and wired to a wall switch, it functions like any standard light fixture.
- Turning On/Off:
- Flip the wall switch connected to the fixture to the "ON" position to illuminate the bulbs.
- Flip the wall switch to the "OFF" position to turn off the light.
