Tools Required
The following tools are recommended for a successful installation:
- Stud Finder (for wood stud installation)
- Drill with appropriate drill bits (wood, masonry)
- Level
- Phillips Head Screwdriver

Setup and Installation
Before you begin, ensure you have identified the correct mounting location and wall type. The PF630 is compatible with VESA 75mm and 100mm mounting patterns.
Step 1: Attach Display Adapter Plate to Display
- Carefully place your display face down on a soft, clean surface.
- Identify the VESA mounting holes on the back of your display.
- Align the Display Adapter Plate with the VESA holes (75mm x 75mm or 100mm x 100mm).
- Select the appropriate screws from the hardware kit that fit your display's mounting holes.
- Secure the Display Adapter Plate to the display using the selected screws. Do not overtighten.

Step 2: Mount Wall Plate to Wall
Choose the appropriate method based on your wall construction:
A. Wood Stud Installation
- Use a stud finder to locate the center of a wood stud at the desired height. Mark the location.
- Hold the Wall Plate against the wall, ensuring it is level, and mark the drilling locations for the mounting screws.
- Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. Ensure the drill bit size is appropriate for the lag bolts.
- Secure the Wall Plate to the stud using the provided lag bolts and washers. Tighten firmly with a socket wrench.
B. Concrete or Cinder Block Installation
- Hold the Wall Plate against the wall at the desired height, ensuring it is level, and mark the drilling locations.
- Drill holes at the marked locations using a masonry drill bit. Ensure the drill bit size is appropriate for the concrete anchors.
- Insert the concrete anchors flush with the wall surface.
- Secure the Wall Plate to the wall using the provided lag bolts and washers into the anchors. Tighten firmly.
Step 3: Hang Display on Wall Plate
- With an assistant, carefully lift the display (with the adapter plate attached).
- Align the Display Adapter Plate with the Wall Plate.
- Gently slide the Display Adapter Plate down into the Wall Plate until it is securely seated. The design allows for quick and easy installation.
- Verify that the display is level and securely attached to the wall mount.
Operating
The Peerless PF630 is a fixed wall mount, meaning it does not offer tilt, swivel, or articulation. Once installed, your display will remain in a fixed position, providing a sleek, low-profile appearance. To remove the display, reverse the steps in "Step 3: Hang Display on Wall Plate".
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safety of your wall mount:
- Cleaning: Dust the mount periodically with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Periodic Checks: Every 6-12 months, check all mounting screws and bolts to ensure they are still securely tightened. Re-tighten if necessary, but do not overtighten.
