Operating Your Scale
1. Taking a Weight Measurement
To take a measurement, simply step onto the center of the scale's platform. The scale features 'Instant On' technology, meaning it will automatically activate and begin measuring your weight. Stand still until your weight is displayed and stabilizes. The 'Display Hold' feature will keep the weight visible for approximately 10 seconds after you step off, allowing ample time to read the result.
