- Thermal Cut-Off: The unit is equipped with a thermal cut-off function that automatically turns the heater off if it starts to overheat.
- Low Surface Temperature: Exclusive thermal slot design maximizes heat flow into the room while maintaining a low surface temperature on the exterior of the unit.
- Anti-Freeze Setting: When the temperature dips below 41 degrees F (5 degrees C), the Anti-freeze setting automatically switches on the heater to prevent freezing.
- Electrical Safety: Plug the heater directly into a wall outlet. Do not use with extension cords, power strips, surge protectors, or smart outlets. Ensure the outlet is dedicated to the heater.
- Placement: Always leave adequate space around the heater for proper air circulation. Do not cover the heater or place anything over or around it.
- Internal Oil: The diathermic oil reservoir is permanently sealed and never needs refilling. Do not attempt to open or add oil to the unit.

Setup and First Use
Unpacking
- Carefully remove the heater from its packaging.
- Inspect the unit for any signs of damage. If damaged, do not use and contact customer support.
- Ensure all components, including the smart snap wheels, are present.
Placement
- Place the heater on a firm, level surface.
- Position the heater away from curtains, furniture, or other combustible materials. Maintain at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) of clearance from all sides.
- The integrated handle and exclusive smart snap wheels allow for easy movement from room to room as needed.
Power Connection & Tempering
- Plug the heater directly into a 120V AC electrical outlet.
- For first use, it is recommended to 'temper' the unit. Operate the heater on its highest setting in a well-ventilated area (e.g., outdoors or in a garage) for at least 6 hours. This process helps to burn off any manufacturing oils and eliminate initial odors.

Operating Instructions
Control Panel
The control panel is located on the front of the unit and includes a thermostat dial and two power switches.

Heat Settings
- MIN (Low): Engage only the 'MIN' power switch for the lowest heat output.
- MED (Medium): Engage only the 'MED' power switch for a medium heat output.
- MAX (High): Engage both 'MIN' and 'MED' power switches for the maximum 1500W heat output.
Thermostat Control
- Turn the thermostat dial clockwise to increase the desired room temperature, and counter-clockwise to decrease it.
- The heater will cycle on and off to maintain the set temperature.
ComforTemp Feature
- Press the ComforTemp button to activate this energy-saving mode.
- The ComforTemp feature automatically maintains the optimal room temperature and power levels, potentially saving up to 20% more energy compared to using the thermostat at max setting without ComforTemp.

- Cleaning: Unplug the heater and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Oil Reservoir: The high-quality steel assembly and permanently-sealed diathermic oil reservoir never needs refilling, making it a low-maintenance appliance.
- Storage: When not in use, store the heater in a cool, dry place. The cord can be wrapped around the integrated cord storage for neatness.
