Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for storage or future transport.
- Clean Before First Use: Wash the stainless steel bowl, beaters, whisk, and dough hooks in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the mixer base with a damp cloth.
- Assemble Stand Mixer:
- Place the mixer base on a clean, stable, and dry surface.
- Insert the desired attachments (beaters, whisk, or dough hooks) into the openings on the underside of the hand mixer until they click into place. Ensure they are securely fastened.
- Place the stainless steel bowl onto the base, ensuring it is properly seated and aligned with the Shift & Stir mechanism.
- Lower the hand mixer onto the stand mixer base, ensuring it locks into position.
Operating Instructions

Using as a Stand Mixer:
- Prepare Ingredients: Add ingredients to the stainless steel bowl.
- Select Attachments: Choose the appropriate attachments for your recipe (e.g., beaters for batter, dough hooks for dough, whisk for egg whites).
- Plug In: Plug the mixer into a standard electrical outlet.
- Select Speed: Use the speed dial to select one of the 6 available speeds. Start at a lower speed and gradually increase as needed to prevent splashing.
- Mix: Allow the mixer to operate until ingredients are thoroughly combined. The Shift & Stir feature will rotate the bowl for even mixing.
- QuickBurst Feature: Press and hold the QuickBurst button for an immediate burst of maximum power at any speed setting. Release to return to the selected speed.
- Finish Mixing: Once mixing is complete, turn the speed dial to "0" (off) and unplug the mixer from the outlet.
Using as a Hand Mixer:
- Detach Hand Mixer: Ensure the mixer is unplugged. Press the release button located on the side of the hand mixer unit to detach it from the stand mixer base.
- Insert Attachments: Insert the desired attachments into the hand mixer.
