Setup Instructions
1. Receiver Base Setup
- Place the receiver base on a stable, flat surface or mount it into a standard audio rack using the provided rack mount brackets.
- Connect the power adapter to the DC input on the rear of the receiver and plug it into a suitable power outlet.
- Attach the integrated antennas to the ANT A and ANT B connectors on the rear of the receiver. Ensure they are securely tightened and positioned for optimal signal reception.
- Connect the 1/4'' Audio Connection Cable from the MIX OUT jack on the receiver to the input of your PA system, amplifier, or mixer. For individual channel control, use XLR cables (not included) to connect the AF OUTPUT BALANCED jacks to your mixer.
2. Transmitter Setup
- Open the battery compartment on each beltpack transmitter.
- Insert one 9V battery into each transmitter, observing correct polarity.
- Connect either a headset microphone or a clip-on lavalier microphone to the input jack on the beltpack transmitter.
- Secure the beltpack transmitter to your clothing using the integrated clip.
Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
- To power on the receiver, press the POWER ON/OFF switch located on the front panel. The display will illuminate.
- To power on each beltpack transmitter, slide the power switch to the ON position. The display on the transmitter will show its operating frequency.
- To power off, reverse the steps.
2. Volume Control
- Each channel on the receiver base has an independent volume control knob. Rotate the knob clockwise to increase volume and counter-clockwise to decrease.
- Adjust the volume levels to achieve a balanced audio output without distortion.
3. Signal Indicators
- The RF (Radio Frequency) indicator on the receiver will light up when a signal is being received from the corresponding transmitter.
- The AF (Audio Frequency) indicator will light up when audio is being transmitted through the channel.
Maintenance
1. Battery Replacement
- When the battery indicator on the beltpack transmitter shows low power, replace the 9V battery immediately to avoid interruption during use.
- Always use fresh, high-quality batteries for best performance.
2. Cleaning
- Wipe the receiver and transmitters with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the finish or internal components.
Troubleshooting
- No Sound: Ensure all components are powered on, batteries are fresh, and cables are securely connected. Check volume levels on both the receiver and your audio system.
- Static or Interference: Verify that the antennas are properly attached and positioned. Ensure the operating range (up to 240+ ft) is not exceeded. Minimize obstructions between transmitters and receiver.
- Weak Signal: Replace batteries in transmitters. Ensure antennas are fully extended and positioned correctly.
