2. Safety Information

4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
2. Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base.
3. Attach Mechanism to Seat: Align the knee-rocker mechanism with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the control levers face the front of the seat. Secure with the provided screws and tighten with the Allen wrench.
4. Attach Armrests: Attach the armrests to the seat cushion using the designated screws. Do not fully tighten yet.
5. Attach Backrest: Align the backrest with the armrests and the seat. Secure the backrest to the armrests and seat using the remaining screws. Once all screws are in place, fully tighten all armrest and backrest screws.
6. Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring the tapered end of the gas lift fits securely into the mechanism.

5. Operating Instructions

The TD Lux 10 Executive Chair offers several adjustment features for personalized comfort:

• Seat Height Adjustment:

  Locate the lever on the right side, under the seat. To raise the seat, lift the lever while taking your weight off the seat. To lower the seat, lift the lever while seated. Release the lever at the desired height.

  Adjustable height range: 420 mm - 550 mm (16.5 inches - 21.65 inches).

• Knee-Rocker Mechanism (Tilt Function):

  Pull the lever on the left side, under the seat, outwards to unlock the tilt. Push the lever inwards to lock the tilt in an upright position.

  Rotate the round knob located under the front of the seat. Turn clockwise to increase tilt tension (making it harder to recline) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (making it easier to recline).
