Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.

3. Initial Oiling: Before first use, apply 2-3 drops of the provided Wahl clipper oil across the top of the blades. Turn the clipper on for a few seconds to allow the oil to distribute. Wipe off any excess oil.
4. Attach Guide Comb: Select the desired guide comb for your trimming length. Align the comb with the clipper blade and snap it securely into place. Ensure it is firmly attached before use.

Operating Instructions

1. Preparation: Ensure hair is clean, dry, and free of tangles. For best results, comb hair in the direction of growth.
2. Power On: Locate the ON/OFF switch on the clipper body and slide it to the "ON" position.
3. Trimming Technique:
   • Hold the clipper with the blade teeth pointing upwards.
   • Begin trimming from the bottom of the desired area, moving the clipper slowly against the direction of hair growth.
   • Use smooth, overlapping strokes to ensure an even cut.
   • For blending, use a larger guide comb first, then switch to a smaller one as you move up the head.
4. Using Taper Guide Combs: The left and right ear taper combs are designed to trim hair around the ears. Attach the appropriate comb and gently guide the clipper around the ear, following the natural curve.
5. Detailing and Edging: For precise lines around the neckline, sideburns, or mustache, remove the guide comb. Hold the clipper at an angle and carefully trim the edges.
6. Power Off: After use, slide the ON/OFF switch to the "OFF" position and unplug the clipper from the electrical outlet.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Blades

1. Unplug: Always ensure the clipper is unplugged before cleaning.
2. Remove Hair: Use the provided cleaning brush to remove loose hairs from the blades and the area around the blades. Brush in the direction of the blade teeth.

Oiling the Blades
