1. Navigate to Countdown Timer Mode using the MODE button.
2. Press and hold ADJUST to enter setting mode.
3. Use START-STOP and SPLIT-RESET to set the desired countdown time.

5. Press START-STOP to start and stop the countdown.
6. The watch will beep when the countdown reaches zero.
