3.1 Attaching to Bicycle Frame
The Topeak Mini Dual G comes with a side mount bracket for convenient attachment to your bike's water bottle cage mounts. 3.2 Adjusting Valve Compatibility
The pump is designed to work with Presta, Schrader, and Dunlop valves. The internal valve adapter can be reversed to switch between Presta/Dunlop and Schrader compatibility. To adjust:
- Unscrew the black cap at the end of the pump head (where the valve connects).
- Carefully pull out the internal rubber and plastic components.
- Reverse the orientation of both the rubber and plastic parts to match the desired valve type (Presta/Dunlop or Schrader). Ensure the correct side is facing outwards.
- Reinsert the components and screw the black cap back on securely.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Inflating a Tire
- Ensure the pump's valve head is configured for your tire's valve type (Presta, Schrader, or Dunlop).
- Remove the dust cap from your tire's valve stem.
- Firmly push the pump head onto the valve stem until it is fully seated.
- Flip the lever on the pump head to the locked position to secure the connection and prevent air leakage.
- Begin pumping. The dual-action design inflates the tire on both the push and pull strokes.
- Monitor the in-line gauge to reach the desired tire pressure. For accurate readings, position the tire valve stem upwards so the gauge is easily visible.
- Once the desired pressure is reached, flip the lever back to the unlocked position and carefully remove the pump from the valve stem.
- Replace the valve dust cap on your tire.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Topeak Mini Dual G pump.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the pump with a damp cloth after use, especially if it has been exposed to dirt or mud. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
- Lubrication: Periodically apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the pump shaft and seals to ensure smooth operation and prevent wear.
- Seal Inspection: Regularly inspect the rubber seals within the pump head for any signs of wear, cracking, or damage. Worn seals can lead to air leakage and reduced pumping efficiency. Replace if necessary.
- Storage: Store the pump in a clean, dry place away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight when not in use.
