Setup
1. Setting Time and Date
- Press the MODE button repeatedly until the time setting screen appears (usually indicated by flashing digits).
- Use the SET/RECALL button to select the digit or setting you wish to adjust (e.g., hours, minutes, seconds, month, day, year).
- Use the START/SPLIT button to increase the value or cycle through options.
- Press the STOP/RESET button to confirm the setting and move to the next adjustment, or to exit the setting mode.
2. Setting Alarms
The watch features 3 daily, weekday, or weekend alarms.
- Press the MODE button until the alarm screen is displayed.
- Use the SET/RECALL button to select the alarm you wish to set (Alarm 1, 2, or 3).
- Follow steps similar to setting the time to adjust the alarm hour and minute.
- Select the alarm type (daily, weekday, or weekend) using the START/SPLIT button.
- Press STOP/RESET to activate or deactivate the alarm and to exit the setting mode.
3. Indiglo Night-Light
To activate the Indiglo night-light, press the INDIGLO button. The display will illuminate for a few seconds. The watch also features a night-mode function for continuous illumination, which can be activated by holding the INDIGLO button for a few seconds.
Operating Instructions
1. Chronograph (Stopwatch)
The 100-hour chronograph measures elapsed time with lap and split times.
- Press the MODE button until the chronograph screen is displayed.
- Press START/SPLIT to begin timing.
- Press START/SPLIT again to record a lap time (the display will show the lap time while the chronograph continues to run in the background).
- Press STOP/RESET to pause the chronograph. Press START/SPLIT to resume.
- To reset the chronograph, ensure it is paused, then press and hold STOP/RESET.
2. Countdown Timer
The 24-hour countdown timer features stop and repeat functions.
- Press the MODE button until the countdown timer screen is displayed.
- Use the SET/RECALL and START/SPLIT buttons to set the desired countdown duration.
- Press START/SPLIT to begin the countdown.
- Press STOP/RESET to pause the timer. Press START/SPLIT to resume.
- To reset the timer, ensure it is paused, then press and hold STOP/RESET.
3. Lap Memory
The watch can store up to 30 lap times and features a 99-lap counter.
- While in chronograph mode, after recording laps, press the SET/RECALL button to view stored lap times.
- Use the START/SPLIT and STOP/RESET buttons to navigate through the recorded lap data.
4. Water Resistance
This watch is water resistant to 100 meters (330 feet). It is suitable for swimming and snorkeling. It is not recommended for scuba diving. Do not press any buttons while the watch is submerged in water to maintain water resistance integrity.

1. Battery Replacement
The watch requires 1 Lithium Metal battery (included). When the battery needs replacement, it is recommended to take the watch to a professional watch service center. This ensures proper sealing and maintains the watch's water resistance.
2. Cleaning
