1. Battery Installation

2. Memory Card Installation

The camera supports SD (Secure Digital) memory cards. It also includes 16 MB of internal memory for temporary storage.

  1. Locate the memory card slot, typically near the battery compartment.
  2. Insert an SD memory card into the slot with the metal contacts facing the correct direction, usually downwards or towards the front of the camera.
  3. Push the card gently until it clicks into place. To remove, push the card in again until it springs out.

3. Initial Power On

After installing batteries and a memory card, press the power button to turn on the camera. Follow any on-screen prompts for initial setup, such as setting the date and time.

Operating the Camera

1. Taking Photos

To capture still images:

  1. Turn on the camera.
  2. Frame your shot using the 1.8-inch LCD display.
