Adding Ingredients

Always add liquid ingredients first, followed by dry ingredients. Create a small well in the center of the dry ingredients for the yeast, ensuring it does not come into direct contact with liquids or salt initially.

Program Selection

Your Breadman TR2500BC offers 16 pre-programmed settings, including options for 1-, 1-1/2-, and 2-pound horizontal loaves. These programs cover a wide range of recipes such as basic white bread, whole wheat, French bread, sweet bread, gluten-free, low-carb, cake batter, jam, pizza dough, bagel dough, and pasta dough. Use the 'Menu' button to cycle through the available programs.

Loaf Size and Crust Color

  • Loaf Size: Use the 'Loaf Size' button to select your desired loaf weight (1 lb, 1.5 lb, or 2 lb).
  • Crust Color: Use the 'Crust Color' button to choose between light, medium, or dark crust.

Delay-Bake Timer

The 24-hour delay-bake timer allows you to set the breadmaker to start at a later time, so you can wake up to fresh bread. Note: Avoid using perishable ingredients like milk, eggs, or fresh fruit with the delay timer, as they may spoil.

Automatic Add-in Dispenser

For recipes requiring fruits, nuts, or herbs, place them in the automatic add-in dispenser located in the lid. The breadmaker will automatically dispense these ingredients at the optimal time during the kneading cycle.
