Lifeline Power Wheel Instruction Manual

Model: Power Wheel | Brand: Lifeline

Introduction

The Lifeline Power Wheel is a versatile fitness tool designed to engage your core, hips, lower back, obliques, and abdominal muscles. It promotes functional strength, balance, and correct posture, essential for daily activities and athletic performance. Its unique design allows for a wide range of exercises targeting both upper and lower body, offering more versatility than traditional ab rollers.

Setup

The Lifeline Power Wheel comes largely pre-assembled. Ensure all components are securely attached before use. The main wheel should be firmly connected to the central axle, and the foam grips should be securely in place on the handles. The adjustable foot stirrups are designed for quick on/off use and should be checked for proper attachment.

Core Exercises (Hands on Grips)

  • Ab Roll-Outs: Kneel on the floor, grasp the Power Wheel handles shoulder-width apart. Slowly roll the wheel forward, extending your body while keeping your core tight and back straight. Roll back to the starting position.
  • Oblique Roll-Outs: Similar to ab roll-outs, but roll the wheel diagonally to target your obliques.

Lower Body & Full Body Exercises (Feet in Stirrups)

  • Pikes: Start in a plank position with feet in stirrups. Keeping legs straight, lift your hips towards the ceiling, rolling the wheel closer to your hands. Return to plank.
  • Knee-to-Chest: Start in a plank position with feet in stirrups. Pull your knees towards your chest, rounding your back slightly. Extend legs back to plank.
  • Push-ups with Instability: Perform push-ups with your feet in the stirrups for added core engagement and instability challenge.
  • Crawls: From a plank position with feet in stirrups, move forward by alternating hand and wheel movements.
