Operating Instructions

1. Stimulation Phase:

• Position the breast shield centrally on your breast.
• Begin pumping with the shorter side of the handle. This creates a faster, lighter suction to stimulate milk flow, similar to how a baby first latches.
• Pump until milk begins to flow consistently (let-down).

2. Expression Phase:

• Once milk flow is established, switch to the longer side of the handle. This provides a slower, stronger suction to efficiently remove milk.

Maintenance and Cleaning
