  • Storage: Store the pump and its nozzles in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep the power cord neatly coiled to prevent damage.
  • Inspection: Periodically inspect the power cord for any signs of damage, fraying, or exposed wires. If damage is found, discontinue use immediately and contact customer support.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Pump does not turn on:
    • Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a functional 110-Volt AC outlet.
    • Check if the power switch on the pump is in the 'ON' position.
    • Verify that the electrical outlet is working by testing it with another appliance.
  • Low airflow or slow inflation/deflation:
    • Ensure the correct nozzle is used and is firmly seated in the pump port and the inflatable's valve.
    • Check for any obstructions in the nozzle or pump ports.
    • Ensure the inflatable's valve is fully open.
  • Pump overheats during use:
    • The pump is designed for intermittent use. If it feels hot, turn it off and allow it to cool down for at least 15-20 minutes before resuming operation.
    • Avoid continuous operation for extended periods.
  • Unusual noise or vibration:
    • Turn off the pump immediately.
    • Inspect for any loose parts or foreign objects that may have entered the pump.
    • If the issue persists, contact customer support.
