1. Overview

2. Setup

2.1 Initial Time and Date Setting

  1. Press and hold the SET button (top left) until the display flashes.
  2. Use the START/SPLIT button (top right) to adjust the flashing value (e.g., seconds, minutes, hours).
  3. Press the MODE button (bottom left) to move to the next setting (e.g., minutes, hours, 12/24-hour format, month, day, year).
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until all desired settings are adjusted.
  5. Press the SET button again to exit the setting mode.

2.2 Setting Alarms

Your watch has three independent alarms (AL1, AL2, AL3).

  1. From the time display, press the MODE button repeatedly until you reach the Alarm mode (indicated by AL1, AL2, or AL3).
  2. Press and hold the SET button until the alarm time flashes.
  3. Use the START/SPLIT button to adjust the flashing hour or minute.
  4. Press the MODE button to toggle between setting hours and minutes.
  5. To activate/deactivate the alarm, press the STOP/RESET button (bottom right) while in alarm setting mode. An alarm icon will appear when active.
  6. Press the SET button to save and exit.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Indiglo Night-Light

Press the INDIGLO button (center bottom) to illuminate the watch face in low-light conditions. The light will remain on for a few seconds.

3.2 Chronograph (Stopwatch)

  1. From the time display, press the MODE button until you reach the Chronograph mode (indicated by CHR).
  2. Press START/SPLIT to begin timing.
  3. Press START/SPLIT again to record a lap or split time. The main timer continues running in the background.
  4. Press STOP/RESET to pause the chronograph.
  5. Press STOP/RESET again to reset the chronograph to zero.

3.3 Countdown Timer

  1. From the time display, press the MODE button until you reach the Timer mode (indicated by TMR).
  2. Press and hold the SET button until the timer value flashes.
  3. Use the START/SPLIT button to adjust the flashing value (hours, minutes, seconds).
  4. Press the MODE button to move between hours, minutes, and seconds.
  5. Press SET to save the set time.
  6. Press START/SPLIT to start the countdown.
  7. Press STOP/RESET to pause/resume the timer.
  8. When the timer reaches zero, an alarm will sound. Press any button to stop the alarm.

3.4 Dual Time Zones (T2)

This feature allows you to track a second time zone.

  1. From the time display, press the MODE button until you reach the T2 display.
  2. Press and hold the SET button until the T2 time flashes.
  3. Use the START/SPLIT button to adjust the flashing value.
  4. Press the MODE button to move between hours and minutes.
  5. Press the SET button to save and exit.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Water Resistance

The watch is water-resistant to 100 meters (330 feet). This means it is suitable for showering, swimming, and snorkeling. It is not suitable for scuba diving. Avoid pressing buttons underwater to prevent water ingress.
