3. Setup

  1. Attach Handle: The handle may be reversed for shipping. Remove the handle and reattach it correctly using a Phillips head screwdriver.
  2. Secure to Surface: Place the suction cup base on a clean, smooth, non-porous countertop. Flip the lever on the suction cup base to firmly lock the device in place. Ensure it is stable before use.
  3. Prepare for Fruit: Pull back the drive shaft (the rod with the locking pins) to its furthest position.

4. Operating Instructions

This device can peel, core, and slice simultaneously. You can also adjust it to peel only.

4.1 Peeling, Coring, and Slicing

  1. Load Fruit: Carefully place an apple (or potato/pear) onto the locking pins, ensuring it is centered and firmly secured.
  2. Position Blades: Ensure the peeling knife and slicing knife are positioned to engage with the fruit. The peeling knife should be adjusted to lightly touch the skin.
  3. Turn Crank: Begin turning the hand crank clockwise at a steady pace. The fruit will rotate, and the peeling and slicing blades will automatically process it.
  4. Remove Fruit: Once the process is complete, pull the drive shaft back to release the peeled, cored, and sliced fruit.

4.2 Peeling Only

To peel fruit without coring or slicing, disengage the slicing knife by moving it away from the fruit using its adjusting buckle before starting the process.
