4. Setup
4.1 Power Connection
- Unpack the JWIN JL705 and all accessories from the packaging.

- Plug the other end of the power adapter into a standard wall outlet.
- The LED display should illuminate, indicating the unit is receiving power.
4.2 Battery Backup (Optional)

- Locate the battery compartment on the bottom or back of the unit.
- Open the compartment cover.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Setting the Time
- Press and hold the TIME SET button (or rotate the Multi Jog Dial to the 'Time Set' position).
- The hour digits on the LED display will begin to flash.
- Rotate the Multi Jog Dial to adjust the hour. Pay attention to AM/PM indicators if present.
- Press the TIME SET button again (or push the Multi Jog Dial) to confirm the hour and move to minute setting.
- Rotate the Multi Jog Dial to adjust the minutes.
- Press the TIME SET button (or push the Multi Jog Dial) one last time to save the time setting.
5.2 Setting the Alarm
- Press and hold the ALARM SET button (or rotate the Multi Jog Dial to the 'Alarm Set' position).
- The alarm hour digits will flash. Rotate the Multi Jog Dial to set the desired alarm hour.
- Press the ALARM SET button again to confirm the hour and move to minute setting.
- Rotate the Multi Jog Dial to set the desired alarm minutes.
- Press the ALARM SET button again to save the alarm time.
- Use the ALARM MODE switch/button to select the alarm source (Buzzer or Radio).
5.3 Radio Operation
- Press the POWER/RADIO ON/OFF button to turn on the radio.
- Use the AM/FM switch to select the desired band.
- Rotate the TUNING dial (or use the Multi Jog Dial in tuning mode) to find your desired station.
- Adjust the volume using the VOLUME dial.
- Extend the FM wire antenna fully for better reception. For AM, rotate the unit for best reception.
5.4 Projection Feature
- Locate the projection lens on top of the unit.
- Use the PROJECTION ON/OFF switch to activate or deactivate the projection.
- Rotate the projection arm to adjust the angle of the projected time (up to 120 degrees).
- Adjust the FOCUS dial (usually near the projection lens) until the projected time is clear and sharp on the surface.
5.5 Snooze Function
When the alarm sounds, press the large SNOOZE button located on top of the unit. The alarm will temporarily stop and sound again after approximately 9 minutes.

- Before cleaning, unplug the unit from the power outlet.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces of the unit.
