4. Assembly Instructions

Before first use, wash all removable parts (food pusher, juicer cover, filter basket, filter bowl surround, pulp container, juice jug, and cleaning brush) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Ensure the motor base is unplugged from the power outlet.

1. Place the motor base on a dry, level surface.
2. Position the filter bowl surround onto the motor base, ensuring it is seated correctly.
3. Insert the stainless steel filter basket firmly into the filter bowl surround. Ensure it clicks into place and is secure.
4. Place the juicer cover over the filter bowl surround and filter basket. Align the feed chute with the opening on the filter bowl surround.
5. Raise the safety locking arm and lock it into the two grooves on either side of the juicer cover. The locking arm must be in a vertical and locked position before the juicer can operate.
6. Slide the pulp container into position under the juicer cover, ensuring it is securely placed.
7. Place the juice jug under the juice spout.
8. Insert the food pusher into the feed chute.

5.1 Preparing Produce

• Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
• Most fruits and vegetables, such as apples and tomatoes, can be juiced whole due to the extra-wide feed tube.
• For larger items, cut them into pieces that fit comfortably into the feed chute.
• Remove large seeds or pits from fruits like peaches, cherries, or mangoes before juicing.
• Remove thick, inedible skins from fruits such as oranges, lemons, and pineapples.

5.2 Juicing Process

1. Ensure the juicer is correctly assembled and the safety locking arm is securely in place.
2. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
3. Place the juice jug with the froth separator under the juice spout.
4. Turn the juicer ON using the power switch located on the motor base.

If pulp is left to dry, it can clog the fine mesh holes, reducing juicing efficiency. For stubborn pulp, soak the filter basket in warm, soapy water for approximately 10 minutes before scrubbing.
