The 71-inch tall lamp offers reading as well as general illumination. The rotary switch provides flexible illumination choices; the two reading lights can be used separately or the main light utilized alone. All three lights turned on offer enough illumination for any room. With a main light supporting up to 100W and reading lights supporting up to 60W each, this lamp fits E12 bulbs—sold separately. IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature to reduce the risk of electrical shock and fire, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter this safety feature. This lamp is for indoor use only. The lamp should not be used near water. Never immerse the lamp in water or other liquids. Never cover the lamp with any object including cloth or paper as this is a fire hazard. Do not handle the bulb immediately after the light is turned off as it will be hot. This is not a toy.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
- Lay out all parts on a flat surface.
- Begin assembly at the bottom of the lamp.
- Insert lamp pole (B) into lamp base (A) and tighten.
- Insert lamp pole (C) into lamp pole (B) and tighten.
- Repeat for lamp poles (D) and (E).
If necessary, pull cord down through poles and out the bottom of the base.
- Place decorative holder (F) into the socket on pole (E).
- Remove the socket nut from lamp holder (E), and install lamp shade (G) into the decorative holder (F) and secure by replacing the socket nut (H).
- Remove the socket nut (J) from the reading light, install lamp shade (I) into the lamp holder and secure by replacing the socket nut. Do the same for the other reading lamp.
- Install bulbs. Only use bulbs of a specified type and maximum rated wattage or less.
- Plug the electrical supply cord into the wall outlet.
- To turn ON/OFF use the rotary switch located on the lamp holder (E) This switch controls all 3 lights.
- First Turn: Both reading lights will turn on
- Second Turn: Main Light Only
- Third Turn: All 3 lights on
- Fourth Turn: All lights off
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
- Unplug the fixture before cleaning.
- Use a clean, dry, soft, lint‐free cloth.
- Do not use water or other chemical cleaning agents.
WARRANTY
All the Rages Inc, a New Jersey corporation, having its principal place of business at 355 Eisenhower Parkway Suite 101, Livingston, NJ 07039 (All the Rages) warrants its products (the “products”) as follows:
Limited Warranty.
Manufacturer warrants that the products sold hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If the products do not conform to this Limited Warranty during the warranty period (as herein above specified), Buyer shall notify Manufacturer in writing of the claimed defects and demonstrate to Manufacturer’s satisfaction that said defects are covered by this Limited Warranty. If the defects and proof of purchase are properly reported to the Manufacturer within the warranty period, and the defects are of such type and nature as to be covered by this warranty, the Manufacturer shall, at its own expense, furnish replacement products or, at the Manufacturer’s option, replacement parts for the defective products. Installation of the replacement products or replacement parts shall be at the Buyer’s expense.
Exclusive Obligation:
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE. The sole and exclusive obligation of the Manufacturer shall be to repair or replace the defective products in the manner and for the period provided above. The manufacturer shall not have any other obligation concerning the products or any part thereof, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. Under no circumstances, whether based on this Limited Warranty or otherwise, shall the Manufacturer be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Other Statements.
Manufacturer’s employees or representatives’ oral or other written statements do not constitute warranties, shall not be relied upon by Buyer, and are not part of the contract for sale or this limited warranty.
Entire Obligation.
This Limited Warranty states the entire obligation of the Manufacturer with respect to the products. If any part of this Limited Warranty is determined to be void or illegal, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
