Overview

Install the AJCloud app, register your account, then add the device and connect it to your Wi‑Fi (use 2.4G on dual-band routers). After pairing succeeds, you can use cloud storage, motion detection, two-way voice, 24/7 monitoring, TF card local storage, and device sharing.

Quick Installation & Use

  1. Ensure the wireless router is in normal use.
  2. Connect your mobile phone to Wi‑Fi; for dual-band routers, connect to the 2.4G Wi‑Fi network.
  3. Download and install the AJCloud app from the App Store or Google Play, then open the app.
  4. Register an account using your email address.
  5. In the app, tap Add Device (or +), select the device type, and choose the setup mode (Camera setup & Wi‑Fi setup).
  6. Connect to the network (Decoded code: s=9999), then wait for the connection to complete.
  7. When Pairing succeeded appears, configuration is complete.
  8. If the connection fails, follow the app instructions to reconfigure the network.

Preparations

Check whether the wireless router is in normal use, and then connect the mobile phone to the WiFi network. If it is a dual-band router, please connect to a 2.4G WiFi network.AJCLOUD Security Camera App-fig (2)Download and Install

  1. Go to the App Store or Google Play to search and download “AJCloud” APP to your supported devices. Or please scan below QR code to download”AJCloud” to your Android or Apple device.AJCLOUD Security Camera App-fig (3)
  2. Open the “AJCloud” APP and register an account using your email. Tips: Your password must be 8-16 characters, and at least contain the following three categories: numbers, uppercase letters, lowercase letters, special characters.

Wireless access method

  1. Click “Add Device” or “+”
  2. Select device type

  5. Wi-Fi setup

  7. Wait for connection
  8. Pair succeeded

If the wireless network connection fails, please follow the APP guide to re-configure the network.

RF Exposure Statement

To maintain compliance with FCC’s RF Exposure guidelines, this equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your body. This device and its antenna(s) must not be co-located or operated in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.

Troubleshooting

You can self-diagnose based on indicator light behavior (if available). For models without indicator lights, follow the audio prompts in the app for configuration.

  • Solid Yellow (Red): Camera is powered on.
  • Yellow (Red) and Green (Blue) flashing alternately: Waiting to connect.
  • Flashing Green (Blue): Camera is connecting to Wi‑Fi.
  • Solid Green (Blue): Successfully connected to Wi‑Fi.
  • Quickly flashing Yellow (Red): (1) Camera resetting to factory settings or (2) camera upgrading firmware.
