5. Operating Instructions

The VELOCAVA bed features a hydraulic lift-up mechanism for easy access to the under-bed storage compartment.
- Remove any pillows or loose items from the top of the mattress.
- Grasp the handle or edge of the mattress platform at the foot of the bed.
- Using both hands, gently lift the platform upwards. The hydraulic mechanism will assist in lifting the mattress effortlessly.
- Once fully open, the platform will remain in the raised position, allowing full access to the storage area.

5.2. Closing the Storage Compartment
- Ensure all items are safely within the storage compartment and do not obstruct the closing mechanism.
- Grasp the handle or edge of the mattress platform.
- Gently pull the platform downwards, guiding it back into its closed position. The hydraulic mechanism will provide resistance for a controlled descent.
- Ensure the platform is fully lowered and securely seated before use.
