Rear Panel Connections:

  • Audio Input (AUX1, AUX2, LINE): RCA inputs for connecting external audio sources like CD players, DVD players, or other audio devices.
  • Speaker Output: Terminals for connecting passive speakers. Ensure speaker impedance is between 4-16Ω.
  • Audio Output: RCA outputs for connecting active subwoofers or active speakers.
  • FM ANT: Connector for the FM antenna.

5. Setup Guide

5.1 Placement

Place the amplifier on a stable, flat surface with adequate ventilation. Avoid placing it near heat sources or in direct sunlight. Ensure there is enough space around the unit for proper airflow.

5.2 Connecting Speakers

  1. Ensure the amplifier is turned off and unplugged from the power outlet.
  2. Connect your passive speakers to the SPEAKER OUTPUT terminals on the rear panel.
  3. Observe correct polarity: connect the positive (+) terminal of the amplifier to the positive (+) terminal of the speaker, and the negative (-) terminal of the amplifier to the negative (-) terminal of the speaker.
  4. Ensure the speaker impedance is within the recommended range of 4-16Ω.

5.3 Connecting Audio Sources

You can connect various audio sources to the amplifier:

  • Analog Devices (CD/DVD Player, TV, Projector, Computer): Use RCA cables to connect the audio output of your device to the AUX1, AUX2, or LINE input jacks on the rear panel.
  • Active Subwoofer/Speakers: If you have an active subwoofer or active speakers, connect them to the AUDIO OUTPUT jacks on the rear panel using RCA cables.
  • FM Antenna: Connect the provided FM antenna to the FM ANT connector for radio reception.

5.4 Power Connection

  1. After all audio connections are made, connect the power cable to the POWER INPUT on the rear panel of the amplifier.
  2. Plug the other end of the power cable into a suitable wall outlet (110V or 220V, depending on your model).

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On/Off

Press the Power Switch on the front panel to turn the amplifier on or off. The dynamic display screen will illuminate when the unit is powered on.

6.2 Selecting Input Source

Use the Function Selection button on the front panel or the remote control to cycle through available input sources (e.g., AUX1, AUX2, LINE, Bluetooth, USB, FM).

6.3 Adjusting Volume and Tone

  • Master Volume: Rotate the large VOLUME knob on the front panel to adjust the overall sound level.
  • Music Tone: Use the BASS and TREBLE knobs to fine-tune the low and high frequencies of the music.
  • Loudness: Press the LOUDNESS switch to enhance bass and treble at lower listening volumes.
  • Balance: Use the BALANCE knob to adjust the left/right channel output.

6.4 Using Microphones (Karaoke Function)

  1. Plug your microphones into the MIC1 or MIC2 jacks on the front panel.
  2. Adjust the microphone volume using the MIC VOL knob.
  3. Use the M.BASS and M.TREBLE knobs to adjust the microphone's bass and treble.
  4. Apply an echo effect using the ECHO knob.

6.5 Bluetooth Operation

  1. Select the Bluetooth input mode using the Function Selection button. The display will show "BLUE" or a similar indicator.
  2. On your mobile device (phone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "AV-628BT" (or similar name) from the list of devices to pair.
  4. Once paired, you can play audio from your device through the amplifier.

6.6 USB Playback

  1. Insert a USB flash drive containing audio files into the USB Disk Interface.
  2. Select the USB input mode using the Function Selection button.
  3. Use the playback controls (Previous Track, Next Track, Play/Pause, Loop Playback) to manage your music.

6.7 FM Radio

  1. Ensure the FM antenna is properly connected.
  2. Select the FM input mode using the Function Selection button.
  3. The amplifier will automatically scan for and store available FM stations. Use the Previous/Next Track buttons to navigate between stations.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Regularly wipe the amplifier's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
  • Ventilation: Keep the ventilation openings clear of dust and debris to prevent overheating.
