3.1. Features

4. Setup
4.1. Connection Modes
The TEVO-M5B-EX offers four primary ways to connect to your device:

- USB Connection: Connect the speakerphone to your computer using the provided USB-C cable. The device is Plug & Play and driver-free.
- Bluetooth Connection: Turn on the speakerphone and activate Bluetooth. Pair with your device (laptop, smartphone) via Bluetooth settings.
- Wireless Dongle Connection: Insert the USB wireless dongle into your computer. Turn on the speakerphone; it should automatically connect to the dongle for a wireless connection.
- Daisy Chain Connection: To expand coverage for larger meetings, connect two TEVO-M5B-EX speakerphones using the 3.5mm daisy chain cable. The two units can switch roles as main and extension speakerphones.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Basic Functions
- Power On/Off: Use the dedicated ON/OFF switch or long-press the MUTE/UNMUTE button.
- Volume Adjustment: Use the Volume Up (+) and Volume Down (-) buttons to adjust the speaker volume.
- Mute Microphone: Press the Microphone Mute button to mute or unmute your microphone. The microphone indicator will change to reflect the status.
- Mute Speaker: Press the Speaker Mute button to mute or unmute the speaker. The speaker indicator will change to reflect the status.
- Answering/Ending Calls: Use the Answer/Hang up button to manage incoming and outgoing calls.
5.2. Daisy Chain Operation
When using two TEVO-M5B-EX units in a daisy chain configuration, they can cover a larger meeting area, suitable for 20-30 attendees or rooms sized 30-60 square meters. The voice pickup range extends to 12 meters (39.37 feet) with daisy-chained units.

6. Maintenance
6.1. Charging the Battery
The speakerphone has a built-in 8000mAh lithium battery. To charge, connect the device to a power source using the USB-C cable. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours. The battery provides up to 14 hours of music time and up to 27 hours of call time.
6.2. Cleaning
Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the surface.
7. Troubleshooting
- Device not recognized by computer: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected. Try a different USB port or restart your computer. If using a dongle, ensure it's properly inserted and the speakerphone is powered on.
- No audio output/input: Check volume levels on both the speakerphone and your computer. Ensure the speakerphone is not muted. Verify that the correct audio device is selected in your computer's sound settings or conferencing software.
- Bluetooth pairing issues: Ensure the speakerphone's Bluetooth is enabled and in pairing mode. Disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your device and try pairing again.
- Poor audio quality (echo/noise): The TEVO-M5B-EX features built-in noise reduction and echo cancellation. Ensure these features are active. If issues persist, try repositioning the speakerphone or reducing background noise.
- Daisy chain not working: Ensure both speakerphones are powered on and connected with the 3.5mm daisy chain cable. Check the cable for damage.
