3.1 Inserting SIM/TF Card
To ensure your smartphone can make calls, follow these steps to insert the SIM/TF card:
- Insert the provided tool (pad) into the small hole on the SIM card slot to eject the tray.
- Carefully pull out the card slot.
- Place the Nano SIM card(s) and/or TF card into the tray with the metal contacts facing down. Ensure the bevel angle of the card aligns with the bevel angle of the slot.
- Gently insert the card tray back into the device, following the direction of the arrow on the tray.

3.2 Powering On/Off
- The device features a non-removable battery.
- To power on, press and hold the Power Key (located on the side) for 3-5 seconds until the Blackview logo appears.
- To power off, press and hold the Power Key, then select 'Power off' from the options on the screen.

4.1 Sending SMS/MMS
- Sending SMS:
- Open the Messaging app.
- Tap 'New Information' or 'Start a new conversation'.
- Enter the recipient's phone number or select from your contacts.
- Type your message in the text field.
- Tap the 'Send' icon.
- Sending MMS (with media):
- While composing an SMS, tap the attachment icon (e.g., paperclip or camera icon).
- Select an image, video, or other file from your gallery, or take a new photo/video directly.
- Tap the 'Send' icon.

- Go to 'Main menu' > 'Settings' > 'System' > 'Language & input method'.

- Avoid dropping, knocking, or shaking your phone. Rough handling can cause screen rupture, damage internal circuit boards, and delicate structures.
- Do not use chemical solvents or detergents for cleaning. Wipe the phone case with a soft cotton cloth dampened with water or a mild soap.
- Clean the camera lens and display with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
- If the phone crashes or shows abnormal behavior and has a non-removable battery, press and hold the power button for more than 12 seconds to force a restart. If the battery is removable, remove and reinsert it, then restart.
