3.1 Inserting SIM/TF Card

To ensure your smartphone can make calls, follow these steps to insert the SIM/TF card:

1. Insert the provided tool (pad) into the small hole on the SIM card slot to eject the tray.
2. Carefully pull out the card slot.
3. Place the Nano SIM card(s) and/or TF card into the tray with the metal contacts facing down. Ensure the bevel angle of the card aligns with the bevel angle of the slot.
4. Gently insert the card tray back into the device, following the direction of the arrow on the tray.

3.2 Powering On/Off

• The device features a non-removable battery.
• To power on, press and hold the Power Key (located on the side) for 3-5 seconds until the Blackview logo appears.
• To power off, press and hold the Power Key, then select 'Power off' from the options on the screen.

4.1 Sending SMS/MMS

• Sending SMS:
  1. Open the Messaging app.
  2. Tap 'New Information' or 'Start a new conversation'.
  3. Enter the recipient's phone number or select from your contacts.
  4. Type your message in the text field.
  5. Tap the 'Send' icon.
• Sending MMS (with media):
  1. While composing an SMS, tap the attachment icon (e.g., paperclip or camera icon).
  2. Select an image, video, or other file from your gallery, or take a new photo/video directly.
  3. Tap the 'Send' icon.

To change the device language:

1. Go to 'Main menu' > 'Settings' > 'System' > 'Language & input method'.
2. Select 'Language' > 'Language adding'.
3. Choose your desired language from the list. The system will automatically switch to the selected language.
4. To set a preferred language order, tap and hold the icon next to the language and drag it to the top of the list.

• Do not use chemical solvents or detergents for cleaning. Wipe the phone case with a soft cotton cloth dampened with water or a mild soap.
• Clean the camera lens and display with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
• If the phone crashes or shows abnormal behavior and has a non-removable battery, press and hold the power button for more than 12 seconds to force a restart. If the battery is removable, remove and reinsert it, then restart.
• Unplug the charger from the power outlet when not in use. Avoid leaving a fully charged battery connected to the charger for extended periods, as overcharging can shorten battery life.
