7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the watch and strap regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and then dry thoroughly.
  • Water Resistance: While IP68 rated, avoid prolonged submersion or exposure to high-pressure water. Dry the watch completely after exposure to water.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the watch frequently. Charge it when the battery is low. Store in a cool, dry place if not used for extended periods.
  • Screen Protection: Avoid sharp objects that could scratch the screen.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Watch not turning on: Ensure the watch is fully charged. Connect it to the charger for at least 10 minutes before attempting to power on again.
  • Cannot pair with phone: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the watch is within range. Restart both devices and try pairing again. Check if the companion app is updated to the latest version.
  • Inaccurate health data: Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist, not too tight or too loose. Keep the sensor area clean. Environmental factors and individual physiology can affect accuracy.
  • Notifications not appearing: Check app permissions on your phone to ensure the companion app has access to notifications. Verify that notifications are enabled within the watch's settings and the companion app.
  • Short battery life: Reduce screen brightness, disable unnecessary features (e.g., continuous heart rate monitoring if not needed), and ensure background app usage is optimized on your phone.
