IDW19 Smart Sports Watch User Manual

This document provides a comprehensive guide to the IDW19 Smart Sports Watch.

Getting Started

  1. Open the package and check its content.
  2. Delivery content: 1) IDW19 smart watch (with built-in lithium battery); 2) user manual; 3) original charging cable.
  3. Charge the watch to activate and turn it on before first use. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging contacts on the back of the watch.
  4. Search for "veryfit" on the App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code to download and install the app. [QR code for downloading the veryfit app]
  5. Log in to the app and set your personal information, step, and weight goals.
  6. On the "Device" interface, tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner. Your phone will start searching. From the device list, choose your smart watch name to pair. You can also link the device by scanning its QR code using the app's scan function.

Basic Operations

  1. Wear the watch correctly: Ensure the watch is at least one finger above your wrist bone and the sensor on the back touches your skin. [Illustration showing how to wear the watch correctly on the wrist]
  2. Screen operation: The IDW19 has a full touch screen supporting short tap, swipe left/right, and swipe up/down.
  3. Button operation: The IDW19 has a physical button supporting "short press" and "long press".
    • Short press: Return to home page/pause exercise.
    • Long press: Turn on the watch (when off) or turn on Alexa (when on).

Function Description

1. Watch Face

The watch comes with 4 watch faces by default. You can switch between them manually on the watch or via the veryfit app's watch face settings. More watch faces are available for download from the "Watch Face Market".

2. Sports

Up to 20 exercise types can be displayed by default, including: Outdoor run, Indoor run, Outdoor walk, Indoor walk, Hiking, Outdoor cycle, Indoor cycle, Cricket, Pool swim, Open water swim, Yoga, Rower, Dance, Elliptical, Workout, HIIT, Functional strength training, Core training, Pilates, Cooldown. The app offers a total of 100 exercise types.

IDW19 supports intelligent exercise recognition, identifying running/walking. It can automatically pause an exercise or remind you when an exercise ends (feature can be turned on/off in the app). Exercise summaries and detailed records are available on the watch and in the veryfit app.

3. Application List

When the watch face is displayed, short press the physical button to access the application list. The applications are displayed from top to bottom:

3.1 Alexa

3.1.1 VeryFit App-Alexa

Follow these steps to connect with Amazon Alexa:

  1. Tap the Amazon Alexa area in the app to enter the login tutorial.
  2. Navigate to the Amazon dedicated Alexa account login interface for binding authorization. [Screenshots of the Amazon Alexa app login and authorization process.]
  3. After binding authorization, view the operation introduction and set national languages.
  4. Click the log out button to log out of Alexa; you can log in again anytime.

3.1.2 Watch-Alexa

The watch has built-in Alexa. When on the Listening interface, asking a question or giving a voice command will switch to the Thinking interface to process the command. Alexa can control the stopwatch, alarm clock, countdown, and event reminder services on the watch.

Corresponding prompts are displayed for timed-out requests, unrecognized voice, logged-out accounts, unstable network connections, or disconnected Bluetooth.

3.2 Phone

You can add up to 10 frequent contacts via the app to call them from your watch. View recent call history and make calls using the watch's dialer.

3.3 Activity

The watch collects and displays: Exercise/Activity/Walking data and daily goals, hourly histograms of activity data, daily Steps and Distance, Recovery Time, and Maximal Oxygen Uptake for the latest exercise. Daily goal setting is also available.

3.4 Heart Rate

Manually measure heart rate on the watch. In the app settings, enable/disable intelligent around-the-clock monitoring or view heart data. Keep your arm and wrist still during measurement.

3.5 SpO2

Manually measure SpO2 on the watch. The watch also supports automatic around-the-clock SpO2 monitoring. Enable/disable this function or view SpO2 data in the app settings. Keep your arm and wrist still during measurement.

3.6 Stress

Manually measure stress on the watch. The watch supports automatic around-the-clock stress monitoring. Enable/disable this function or view stress data in the app settings. Keep your arm and wrist still during measurement.

3.7 Breathe

Click the Breath training icon to access this feature. Choose a duration to help adjust your breathing. Click "Start" to begin the breathing animation and follow its vibration and animation frequency. Reasonable breath training can help soothe emotions.

3.8 Sleep

View the most recent sleep record and sleep status at each stage.

3.9 Clock

3.9.1 Stopwatch

Use the watch as a stopwatch. The stopwatch has a "Lap" function.

3.9.2 Alarm

Add, delete, or turn alarms on/off on the watch, and set alarms via the app. Configure alarm delay time and number of delays in the app.

3.9.3 Timer

Set a timer with a preset duration on the watch. The timer will remind you when it expires; you can customize the timer time.

3.10 Weather

Supports current city three-day weather viewing. View today's current, highest, and lowest weather values, and the highest and lowest values for the next two days.

3.11 Music

When connected to the app, control the mobile music player for functions like next, previous, play/pause, and volume adjustment. This function can be enabled/disabled in the app settings.

3.12 Find Phone

When connected to the app, make your phone ring. Click the icon to end the ringing. This function can be enabled/disabled in the app settings.

3.13 Cycle Tracking

After opening Cycle Tracking on the app, the watch displays cycle tracking options. Set cycle length, reminder time, and other options. The watch will provide periodic reminders.

3.14 Camera Control

When connected to the app, manually turn on the phone's system camera to control taking photos.

3.15 Settings

In the watch's settings, configure screen-on time, ringtone volume, vibration, etc. You can also shut down, restart, or reset the watch. Resetting clears all data and unpairs the watch from your phone.

Reminder Module

The watch supports multiple reminder modes, including message reminders, incoming call reminders, walking reminders, drinking reminders, exercise goal reminders, and exercise heart rate warning reminders.

Control Center

The control center provides easy access to functions such as Do Not Disturb, Raise to Wake, screen brightness adjustment, finding your phone, and using the watch as a flashlight.
