7.2 Cannot Find Device When Pairing

- Make sure the device is not under low battery. If there is still a problem after 1.5 hours of charging, please contact customer support.
7.3 Cannot Connect the Device with the App

7.4 Pedometer Not Counting Steps
Solution: To reduce errors, the smartwatch usually sets an initial value of 10 steps. It will start counting and displaying steps once you have walked more than 10 steps. The app will show the real walking steps and start counting from step 10.
7.5 Blood Pressure Measurement Accuracy
Solution: After connecting the phone to the app, switch to the blood pressure page on the watch and keep this page unchanged for about 10 seconds for the data to appear.
