If the batteries completely drain, you can use a power bank connected to the USB port on the outdoor panel for emergency power to unlock the door.
8.3. Cleaning
Wipe the lock's surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish or electronic components.

- Lock not responding: Check battery level. If low, replace batteries or use emergency USB power.
- Fingerprint not recognized: Ensure your finger is clean and dry. Try re-registering your fingerprint if the issue persists.
- Password not working: Double-check the entered password. Ensure the lock is not in an anti-lock mode.
