Setup
1. Mounting the Headlight
The CYC1700 features an upside-down mounting design to minimize handlebar clutter and enhance riding safety and aesthetics. It can be mounted below a cyclocomputer using an extension bracket.
- Attach the Cyclocomputer Extension Bracket to your handlebar.
- Secure the GoPro Adapter Bracket to the extension bracket.
- Mount the CYC1700 Front Light to the GoPro Adapter Bracket.
The headlight is compatible with both round and flat handlebar setups.
2. Pairing the Wireless Remote Control
To pair the remote control with the headlight:
- Press and hold the power button on the headlight body for approximately 10 seconds. The light will flash.
- While the light is flashing, press both buttons on the remote control simultaneously to complete the pairing process.
3. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the headlight using the provided Type-C USB cable. Connect the cable to the Type-C charging port on the headlight and a suitable USB power source.
