Pairing (Code-learning)
The doorbell is typically pre-paired from the factory. If re-pairing is needed or if you are adding additional transmitters/receivers:
- Plug in the receiver.
- Press and hold the 'Next Melody / Code-learning' button (bottom button on the receiver side) for approximately 3-5 seconds until the receiver's indicator light flashes rapidly. This indicates it is in pairing mode.
- Immediately press the 'Play' button on the transmitter.
- The receiver will chime once and its indicator light will stop flashing, indicating successful pairing.
- Test the pairing by pressing the transmitter button.
Code-clearing
To clear all paired transmitters from a receiver:
- Plug in the receiver.
- Press and hold the 'Volume / Code-clearing' button (top button on the receiver side) for approximately 5-7 seconds until the receiver chimes twice and its indicator light flashes rapidly, then stops. This indicates all codes have been cleared.
3. Operating Instructions
Adjusting Volume

4. Maintenance
The Aigostar Wireless Doorbell is designed for low maintenance.
- Cleaning: Wipe the doorbell units with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Transmitter Power: The transmitter is battery-free and self-powered, requiring no battery replacement.
- Receiver Power: The receiver is powered by a standard electrical socket. Ensure it is securely plugged in.
- Low Voltage Indicator: The doorbell features a low voltage indicator. If the indicator light on the transmitter or receiver behaves unusually, it may indicate a power issue or a need to check the receiver's connection.
- Water Resistance: The transmitter is IP55 waterproof, making it suitable for outdoor use. However, avoid submerging it in water or exposing it to extreme pressure washing.

5. Troubleshooting
- Doorbell not chiming:
- Ensure the receiver is properly plugged into a working electrical outlet.
- Check if the receiver is in mute mode (volume set to 0). Adjust the volume if necessary.
- Verify that the transmitter and receiver are within the effective transmission range (up to 150m/500ft). Obstacles like thick walls or metal structures can reduce range.
- Re-pair the transmitter and receiver following the 'Pairing (Code-learning)' instructions in Section 2.
- Short transmission range:
- Relocate the receiver closer to the transmitter.
- Avoid mounting the transmitter on metal surfaces, which can interfere with the signal.
- Ensure there are no large metal objects or thick concrete walls directly between the transmitter and receiver.
- Indicator light not working:
- If the receiver's indicator light is not working, check its power connection.
- If the transmitter's indicator light is not working, it might indicate an issue with the self-powering mechanism or the button itself.
- Unwanted chimes:
- Clear all paired codes from the receiver and re-pair only the desired transmitter(s).
