6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Power On and Initial Settings

  1. Turn on the Power Switch (7).
  2. The LED Display (1) will show the current settings.
  3. Use the Mode Button (2) to select desired parameters (e.g., Post Air time).
  4. Adjust the Current Control Knob (3) to set the desired amperage for cutting.

6.2. 2T/4T Function

  • 2T Mode (Semi-Automatic): Press and hold the torch switch to initiate the arc and cut. Release the switch to stop. This mode is suitable for short, precise cuts.
  • 4T Mode (Automatic): Press the torch switch once to start cutting, and press it again to stop. This mode reduces hand fatigue during long, continuous cutting sessions.

6.3. Cutting Procedure

  1. Ensure the earth clamp is securely attached to the workpiece.
  2. Position the plasma torch over the starting point of the cut.
  3. Activate the torch using the Torch Switch (4) (2T or 4T mode).
  4. Maintain a consistent distance and speed for optimal cut quality.
  5. After cutting, allow the machine to cool down.

6.4. Cutting Thickness Guidelines
