6.2 Common Issues & Solutions
- Earbuds not pairing with mobile phone: Check if earbuds are in pairing mode or re-connection mode. Ensure Bluetooth is on on your device. Go to your device's Bluetooth menu, delete/ignore the earphone's pairing name, then try to reconnect.
- Connection not stable or cuts out intermittently: Check for metal materials or obstacles nearby that might interfere with the Bluetooth signal. Bluetooth is sensitive to objects between devices.
- Only one earphone produces sound: Place both earphones into the charging case, close the cover, then take them out again. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset.
- Delay in video watching or game playing: Delays can occur due to environmental factors, network conditions, and mobile phone codec.
- Earbuds not turning on: Recharge the earbuds and ensure they have enough battery power. If fully charged and still unresponsive, or if unable to charge, contact customer support.
- No sound during music or calls (Android): On Android phones, go to Bluetooth settings, click the settings icon next to the earbud's name, turn off and then re-enable mobile phone audio and media audio. If no sound, re-pair the earphones.
- Stuck or intermittent sound: High Wi-Fi, 5G, 4G signals, or high-power electrical appliances nearby can cause interference. Change environment or re-pair the earbuds.

8. User Tips
- Firmware Updates: Regularly check the QCY app for firmware updates (e.g., version 2.0.22 or later) to ensure the best performance and access to new features.
- LDAC Optimization: For optimal high-resolution audio, use playback devices that support LDAC and audio sources with resolutions of 96kHz/24bit or higher. Be aware that enabling LDAC may increase power consumption and cause choppy audio in low battery or complex wireless signal environments. iOS devices do not support LDAC.
- Dual Device & LDAC: If using dual device connection with LDAC enabled, switch the LDAC mode to Adaptive or Focus on Connection Quality to avoid unstable connections due to high data transmission rates.
- Wind Noise Cancellation: This feature can only be enabled/disabled via the QCY app after ANC is active. If both ANC and wind noise cancellation are enabled, wind noise cancellation takes precedence.
- Comfortable Fit: Experiment with the different eartip sizes to find the most comfortable and secure fit for your ears. A proper fit is crucial for sound quality and effective noise cancellation.
