Troubleshooting
- Q: Earbuds unable to turn on?
- A: Confirm that the charging case has power left (check if at least one LED is illuminated when pressing the button on the case). If the charging case is off, place the earphones in the charge case and charge for 1 hour. (Before charging, remove any protective stickers on new earphones). Connect the case with the included USB cable to a USB power source.
- Q: Sound comes from only one earbud?
- A: Place both earphones back into the charging case and close the cover, then take them out again to check if both earbuds have sound. If only one earbud still has sound, perform a factory reset for both earphones.
- Q: Mobile phone cannot connect?
- A: Delete the pairing record on your mobile phone, then search for pairing and connect again.
- Q: No sound when listening to music/calling?
- A: On Android phones, check the settings icon next to the Bluetooth connection name. Click to enter, turn off and then turn on the mobile phone audio and media audio. If there is still no sound, re-pair the earphones with your mobile phone.
- Q: Delay in video/games?
- A: Delays can occur due to factors such as the use environment, network conditions, and mobile phone audio codec. These factors can cause varying degrees of delay when the mobile phone transmits audio data to the earphone.
- Q: Stuck/intermittent sound?
- A: If there are many Wi-Fi, 5G/4G signals, or high-power electrical appliances nearby, it may cause stuck and intermittent sound. Changing the environment or re-pairing can resolve the issue.
User Tips
- Always ensure the charging case has power to avoid issues with earbuds turning on.
- If you experience sound from only one earbud, try placing both back in the case, closing it, and then taking them out again. If the problem persists, a factory reset is recommended.
- For connection problems, clear the existing pairing record on your phone and attempt to re-pair.
- If audio issues arise during calls or music playback on Android, verify your Bluetooth audio settings.
- Environmental factors like strong Wi-Fi or 5G/4G signals can interfere with Bluetooth. If you notice intermittent sound, try moving to a different location or re-pairing your earbuds.
