It functions as both a compact 6-inch mini chainsaw for ground-level work and a telescoping pole saw for reaching high branches. 3. Safety Information

Your safety is paramount. Always read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before operating the tool. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Always wear the included protective goggles and gloves. Additional PPE such as a hard hat, hearing protection, and sturdy footwear are recommended.
• Dual-Button Start: The tool features a dual-button start mechanism to prevent accidental activation. You must press the safety lock and the start switch simultaneously to operate.
• Automatic Rebound Baffle: This baffle is designed to protect you from sawdust and debris during operation.
• Waterproof & Dustproof Cover: Use the guide plate and chain cover after use to prevent personal injury and protect the components.
• Work Area: Keep the work area clear of bystanders, children, and pets. Ensure good footing and balance, especially when using the pole saw.
• Battery Safety: Use only the provided charger and batteries. Do not expose batteries to water or extreme temperatures.
• Chain Safety: Ensure the chain is properly tensioned and lubricated before each use. Install the chain with sharp teeth facing forward.

4. Assembly and Setup

4.1 Parts Identification

4.2 Battery Charging and Installation

1. Charge the 4000mAh batteries using the provided battery charger until fully charged. The LED battery display will indicate the charge level.
2. Insert a charged battery into the battery slot on the mini chainsaw or the pole saw handle until it clicks into place.

4.3 Chain Installation and Tensioning

1. Ensure the mini chainsaw is disconnected from the battery.
2. Carefully install the 6-inch chain onto the guide plate, ensuring the sharp teeth are facing forward.
3. Place the guide plate and chain assembly onto the chainsaw body.
4. Tighten the chain using the built-in metal knob. No additional tools are required. The chain should be snug but still able to move freely.

4.4 Lubrication System Setup

1. Locate the visible oil tank on the chainsaw body.
2. Pour appropriate chainsaw oil into the tank.
3. During operation, press the oiler button to automatically lubricate the chain. Monitor the oil level through the see-through window.

4.5 Assembling the Pole Saw

1. Attach the mini chainsaw head to the telescopic pole. Ensure it is securely fastened.
2. Adjust the length of the telescopic iron pole from 4.9 feet to 6.8 feet using the length adjustment buckle to suit your needs.
3. Attach the adjustable shoulder strap for comfortable use, especially during extended periods or when reaching high branches.

5. Operation

This tool offers dual functionality as a mini chainsaw and a pole pruner.

5.1 General Operation

1. Ensure all safety precautions are followed, and appropriate PPE is worn.
2. To start the tool, press the safety lock and the start switch simultaneously.
3. Release the safety lock once the tool is running.
4. Apply gentle pressure when cutting. Let the chain do the work.
5. For optimal cutting, ensure the chain is sharp and properly lubricated.

5.2 Using as a Mini Chainsaw

For ground-level tasks such as cutting logs, bushes, or bamboo, use the mini chainsaw without the telescopic pole. Its lightweight design (1.5kg / 3.3lbs) makes it easy to handle for precise cuts.

5.3 Using as a Telescoping Pole Pruner

For high branches, attach the mini chainsaw to the telescopic pole. Adjust the pole length to comfortably reach the branch. The overall weight of the assembled pole saw is 2.6kg / 5.7lbs. Use the shoulder strap to distribute weight and reduce fatigue.

5.4 Cutting Performance

6. Maintenance

6.1 Chain Sharpening

The included chain sharpening file can be used to maintain the sharpness of your alloy chain. A sharp chain ensures smooth cutting and prevents jamming.

6.2 Chain Tension and Lubrication

Regularly check chain tension and adjust as needed using the tool-free knob. Ensure the automatic lubrication system is filled with appropriate chainsaw oil and functioning correctly by pressing the oiler button during use.

6.3 Cleaning and Storage

• After each use, clean the chainsaw and guide plate to remove sawdust and debris.
• Always use the guide plate & chain cover when storing the tool to prevent accidental contact with the sharp chain.
• Store the tool in a dry, secure place, out of reach of children.
• Remove batteries from the tool before storage.

7. Troubleshooting

• Tool does not start: Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted. Confirm both the safety lock and start switch are pressed simultaneously.
• Chain not cutting efficiently: Check if the chain is sharp and properly tensioned. Ensure the lubrication system is working and the oil tank is filled.
• Tool stops during operation: The battery might be depleted. Check the LED battery display and recharge if necessary. Overheating can also cause a shutdown; allow the tool to cool down.
• Excessive vibration or noise: Check for loose components, improper chain tension, or damage to the chain or guide bar. Discontinue use if the issue persists and inspect thoroughly.

9. User Tips

• Always perform a quick check of the chain tension and oil level before starting any cutting task.
• When cutting thicker branches, make a relief cut on the underside first to prevent pinching the guide bar.
• Keep the batteries charged for optimal performance. Store them in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• For overhead work with the pole saw, maintain a safe distance from power lines and ensure stable footing.
• Clean the tool thoroughly after each use, especially the chain and guide bar, to prevent resin buildup and ensure smooth operation.
