5. Maintenance
- Keep the devices clean by wiping them with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid exposing the units to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the devices yourself, as this will void the warranty and may cause damage.
- Store the system in a cool, dry place when not in use.
6. Troubleshooting
- No Sound:
- Ensure both Transmitter and Receiver are powered on and fully charged.
- Verify that the Transmitter and Receiver are successfully paired (solid indicator lights).
- Check all audio cable connections between the source, Transmitter, Receiver, and monitoring device.
- Confirm the volume on the Receiver is not set to minimum or muted.
- Ensure the audio source is active and producing sound.
- Intermittent Sound or Dropouts:
- Check the distance between the Transmitter and Receiver; ensure it's within the 100ft effective range.
- Minimize obstacles (walls, large metal objects) between the units.
- Avoid areas with strong 2.4GHz interference (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, other wireless devices).
- Ensure both units have sufficient battery charge.
- Poor Sound Quality / Distortion:
- Check the input level from your audio source to the Transmitter; avoid overdriving the input.
- Ensure the Transmitter and Receiver are set to the same Mono or Stereo mode.
- Test with different audio cables and monitoring devices to rule out faulty accessories.
