  • Avoid Extreme Conditions: Do not expose the mouse to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or high humidity.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1. Mouse Not Responding

  • Check Power: Ensure the mouse is turned on and has sufficient battery charge. Recharge if necessary.
  • 2.4G Connection: For 2.4G wireless models, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port. Try a different USB port.
  • Bluetooth Connection (A1): For the A1 model, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your computer and the mouse is properly paired. Try re-pairing the device.
  • Interference: Move the mouse closer to the receiver/computer to rule out range issues or interference.

7.2. Erratic Cursor Movement

  • Clean Sensor: Ensure the optical sensor on the underside of the mouse is clean and free from dust or debris.
  • Surface: Use the mouse on a clean, non-reflective surface or a mouse pad.
  • DPI Setting: Adjust the DPI setting to a lower value if the cursor is too sensitive.
