2. Wearing the Earbuds
The HTC NE50 earbuds feature an earhook design for a secure and comfortable fit. Follow these steps to wear them correctly:
- Gently place the earbud into your ear canal.
- Hook the earhook over the top of your ear, ensuring it sits comfortably and securely.
- Adjust the earbud for optimal sound and comfort.
3. Initial Pairing and App Download
To utilize the full AI translation and other smart functions, you must download and use the "SayMi" APP.
- Download the APP: Scan the QR code provided in the manual or on the product packaging to download the "SayMi" APP.
- Take out the earphones: Remove both earphones from the charging case. They will automatically enter pairing mode.
- Connect to your mobile phone: On your mobile phone, go to Bluetooth settings and select "HTC NE50" to connect.
- Login in the APP: Open the "SayMi" APP and log in or create an account.
- Enter the APP to connect headphone: Within the SayMi APP, follow the prompts to connect your HTC NE50 headphones.

4. Wireless Pairing Mode
- First-time pairing: When there is no pairing record for the left and right earphones, they will automatically pair with each other after being turned on. After successful pairing, you will hear two beeps.
- Subsequent connections: If the earphones have previous pairing records, they will automatically connect back to your device when turned on, and a "beep" prompt will sound.

Maintenance
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
- Headphone Charging: The red light on the earbud stays on during charging. Once fully charged, the red light will turn off.
- Charging Case: The charging case display screen shows the battery level. When fully charged, it will show 100%. The display screen will automatically turn off after about 30 seconds of inactivity.
2. Replacing Earbud Batteries
The HTC NE50 features convenient replaceable batteries for extended usage. To replace a battery:
- Twist: Rotate the tail of the earbud to open the battery compartment.
