7. Maintenance

7.1 General Care

  • After each flight, inspect the helicopter for any visible damage, loose parts, or debris.
  • Clean the helicopter with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or solvents.
  • Ensure all moving parts are free from obstructions.
  • Store the helicopter and remote control in a safe, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

7.2 Propeller Replacement

If a propeller blade is damaged, replace it immediately to ensure stable flight.

  1. Use the provided screwdriver or hex wrench to carefully remove the screw securing the damaged propeller.
  2. Gently remove the damaged propeller.
  3. Install a new spare propeller, ensuring it is oriented correctly.
  4. Secure the new propeller with the screw, but do not overtighten.

7.3 Battery Care

  • Always use the original USB charger for the helicopter battery.
  • Do not puncture, short-circuit, or disassemble the battery.
  • If the battery becomes swollen or damaged, discontinue use immediately and dispose of it properly.
  • Do not expose batteries to fire or extreme heat.

8. Troubleshooting

8.1 Helicopter Does Not Respond to Remote Control

  • Ensure both the helicopter and remote control are powered on.
  • Check if the remote control batteries are charged and correctly installed.
  • Re-pair the helicopter and remote control as described in Section 5.4.
  • Ensure you are within the remote control's operating range (80-100 meters).

8.2 Helicopter Flies Unstably

  • Check for any damaged or bent propeller blades and replace them if necessary.
  • Ensure the helicopter is placed on a flat, level surface before takeoff for proper gyroscope calibration.
  • Verify that the battery is fully charged.
  • Avoid flying in windy conditions, as the helicopter's anti-wind ability is not specified.

8.3 Signal Loss and Crash Prevention Function

The aircraft is equipped with a signal loss and crash prevention function. If the remote control signal is lost or abnormal (indoors or outdoors), the aircraft will maintain its current altitude for 2 seconds and then slowly land.

  • If signal is lost, immediately move the remote control closer to the helicopter.
  • Before the aircraft lands, restart the remote control (if necessary) and push the throttle lever up and down to reconnect to the aircraft for further control.

9. User Tips

No specific user tips were available from customer reviews or Q&A for this product at this time. However, general tips for RC helicopter enthusiasts include:

  • Practice in open spaces: Start flying in a large, clear area to get accustomed to the controls without obstacles.
  • Start with gentle movements: Begin with small, controlled inputs on the joysticks to avoid sudden maneuvers.
  • Monitor battery life: Always be aware of your flight time and land before the battery is completely depleted to avoid unexpected crashes.
  • Inspect before each flight: A quick check of propellers, landing gear, and battery connection can prevent many issues.

10. Warranty and Support

For warranty information, technical support, or replacement parts, please refer to the contact information provided by your retailer or the manufacturer's official website. Keep your proof of purchase for any warranty claims.
