Troubleshooting
- Q: Why can't earphones pair with my mobile phone?
- A: Check if your earphone is in pairing mode or re-connection mode. Ensure the Bluetooth search function of your device is on. If all steps are followed, go to your device's Bluetooth menu, delete/ignore the earphone's Bluetooth pairing name, then try to reconnect.
- Q: Why is the connection not stable and cuts out intermittently?
- A: Check for any metal materials or obstacles within a relatively close range or surroundings that might interfere with the Bluetooth connection. Bluetooth is sensitive to objects between the earphone and other devices.
- Q: What can I do if there is only one earphone producing sound?
- A: Place both earphones into the charging case, close the case, and then take them out again to check if both produce sound. If only one earphone still has sound, please reset both of them to factory settings.
- Q: Why do I experience a delay in video watching or game playing?
- A: Delays can occur due to factors such as environment, network, and mobile phone codec when audio data is transmitted to the earphone.
- Q: Why can't my earphone turn on?
- A: Recharge the earbuds and ensure they have enough battery power. If they are fully charged and still don't turn on, or if you cannot charge the unit, contact customer support for warranty coverage.
- Q: How to solve the problem that the mobile phone prompts that it cannot connect?
- A: Delete the pairing record on the mobile phone, and then search for pairing and connect again.
- Q: How to solve the problem that there is no sound when listening to music/calling?
- A: On Android phones, check the settings icon next to the Bluetooth connection name. Click to enter, turn off and then turn on the mobile phone audio and media audio. If there is still no sound, re-pair the earphones with the mobile phone.
- Q: How to solve the problem of stuck/intermittent sound?
- A: If there are many Wi-Fi, 5G/4G signals, or high-power electrical appliances nearby, it may cause stuck and intermittent sound. Changing the environment or re-pairing can solve the problem.
