6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the power bank. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, fully charge the power bank at least once every three months if not in regular use.
- Avoid Damage: Do not drop, puncture, or disassemble the power bank. Keep it away from water and fire.
7. Troubleshooting
- Power bank is not charging:
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the power bank and the wall adapter. Verify the wall adapter is functioning correctly and providing sufficient power (20W Max input).
- Device is not charging from the power bank:
- Check if the power bank has sufficient charge. Ensure the cable connecting the device to the power bank is working and properly connected. Try a different port or cable. Ensure the device is compatible with the power bank's output specifications.
- Slow charging:
- Ensure you are using a fast-charging compatible cable and your device supports fast charging. When charging multiple devices, the total output is limited to 15W, which may result in slower charging for individual devices. Check if Trickle Charge Mode is accidentally activated (indicated by a small green dot on the display).
- Power bank gets warm during use:
- It is normal for power banks to generate some heat during charging or discharging. If it becomes excessively hot, disconnect it immediately and contact support. ActiveShield™ 2.0 technology is designed to prevent overheating.
8. User Tips
- For optimal performance, use a certified wall adapter with appropriate power output (e.g., 20W or higher) when recharging the power bank.
- Always use the built-in cable or high-quality, certified cables for charging your devices to ensure efficient and safe power delivery.
- When traveling, remember that the Anker A110D/A110E is flight-approved, making it a convenient companion for your journeys.
- To preserve battery health, avoid completely draining the power bank frequently. Recharge it when the battery level is low.
