2. Power Connection
- Insert one end of the provided power cord into the power interface located on the side of the charging box.
- Connect the other end of the power cord to a compliant power outlet.
- Press the power switch on the side of the box. The LED screen on the operation panel will light up, displaying "Standby" status.
3. Device Charging
- Place Devices: Identify the charging slot corresponding to the transmitter/receiver (e.g., TT116T, TT116R). Place the device near the charging port according to the magnetic markings; it will automatically attach and position itself. The case can charge up to 30 devices simultaneously.
- Start Charging: Press the "Charge" button on the control panel. The LED screen will display the charging progress of each slot, and the devices will begin charging.

4. Storage and Transportation
After charging is complete, ensure the device is switched off and securely fixed in its slot. Fasten the case latches to prevent damage from shaking during transportation.
Note: The internal foam is designed to protect devices during transport. When carrying the case and not charging, devices can be inserted into the foam without connecting to the charging port. However, remove devices from the foam when charging to ensure proper heat dissipation.
Precautions and Safety Guidelines
- Compatibility: This device is only suitable for RETEKESS series tour guide transmitters and receivers (e.g., TT116T, TT116R). Do not charge incompatible devices to avoid malfunction.
- Accessories: Use genuine factory accessories for the power adapter and power cord. Do not use inferior or damaged power cords to avoid the risk of electric shock.
- Ventilation: Keep the ventilation holes clear during charging and avoid obstruction.
- Environment: Do not use the charging case in high-temperature (>40°C), humid, or dusty environments.
- Cleaning: When cleaning the device, turn off the power and unplug the power cord. Wipe the surface of the casing with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or water to rinse directly.
- Extended Storage: When not in use for an extended period, disconnect the power, remove the devices, and store the case separately. Perform a 30-minute maintenance charge cycle every 3 months to preserve battery health.
- No Disassembly: Do not disassemble or modify the charging box yourself. Doing so will void the warranty and may lead to equipment malfunction or safety hazards.
- Abnormalities: If you encounter abnormal heating, odor, or unusual noises, immediately turn off the power, unplug the power cord, and contact after-sales service for inspection.
