  • When the battery is low, the keyboard's indicator light may flash or change color.
  • Connect the keyboard via the USB-C cable to a powered USB port on your computer or a USB wall adapter to charge.
  • The indicator light will typically show charging status and turn off or change color when fully charged.

7. Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible Solution
Keyboard not responding (Wired)Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and the computer. Try a different USB port or cable. Check the keyboard's mode switch is set to 'Wired'.
2.4G Wireless connection issuesEnsure the 2.4G receiver is plugged in and the keyboard's mode switch is set to '2.4G'. Re-pair by holding 'Fn' + 'R' for 3 seconds. Try a different USB port for the receiver.
Bluetooth connection issuesEnsure the keyboard's mode switch is set to 'Bluetooth'. Re-enter pairing mode ('Fn' + '1/2/3' for 3 seconds) and re-pair with your device. Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled.
Keys not responding or double-typingEnsure switches are fully seated. Try removing and re-inserting the affected switch. If the issue persists, the switch may be faulty and can be replaced due to hot-swap functionality.
Backlight not working or incorrectCheck keyboard brightness settings (usually 'Fn' + arrow keys). Ensure the keyboard is charged. If using software, verify settings there.
Keyboard not chargingEnsure the USB-C cable is properly connected to a working power source. Try a different cable or USB port/charger.

8. User Tips

  • Customize Your Typing Experience: Take advantage of the hot-swappable design to experiment with different mechanical switches. This allows you to fine-tune the feel and sound of your keyboard to your preference.
