3. Setup Instructions

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Assemble the Food Bowl: Place the food bowl onto the base unit, ensuring it sits securely.
3. Install Control Board: Insert the control board into the central slot of the food bowl. It is designed for easy detachment and installation.
4. Place Ice Packs (Optional, for wet food): If feeding wet food, place the two ice packs into their designated compartments within the base unit, beneath the food bowl, to keep food fresh.
5. Attach Top Lid: Secure the top lid onto the assembled unit. Ensure it is locked tightly to prevent pets from accessing food prematurely.
6. Power Supply:
   • USB Power: Connect the Type-C USB cable to the feeder and a suitable power adapter (not included).
   • Battery Power: Install 3 x 1.5V alkaline batteries (not included) into the battery compartment on the underside of the base unit. The feeder can last up to 30 days on battery power after an 8-hour charge.

4. Operating Instructions

The F13 feeder allows for timed feeding with up to six meals per day. Use the LED screen and control buttons to set the time and feeding schedule.

1. Set Current Time:
   • Press and hold the "Set" button (usually the middle button) until the time display flashes.
   • Use the "Up" and "Down" arrow buttons to adjust the hour.
   • Press "Set" again to move to minutes, then adjust with "Up" and "Down".
   • Press "Set" to confirm.
   • You can choose between 12-hour or 24-hour time format.
2. Program Feeding Times:
   • After setting the current time, the feeder will automatically enter the feeding schedule setting mode or you may need to press "Set" again.
   • Each compartment can be programmed for a specific meal time. Follow the on-screen prompts to set the desired times for up to six meals.
   • The feeder will rotate to the next available compartment at the programmed time.
3. Filling Food Compartments:
   • Open the top lid.
   • Fill each of the six compartments with the desired amount of dry or wet pet food. Each tray slot has a capacity of 200ml (approx. 90g).
   • Close the top lid securely. The "One Step to Lock Tightly" feature helps prevent pets from accessing food outside of scheduled times.

Regular cleaning ensures hygiene and extends the life of your pet feeder.

1. Disassembly: The feeder is designed for easy disassembly. Gently remove the top lid, control board, and food bowl from the base unit.
2. Cleaning Components:
   • The food bowl and top lid are 90% washable and dishwasher safe.
   • The control board is waterproof and can be detached and wiped clean with a towel. Do not immerse the control board in water.
   • The "0"DEAD ANGLE DESIGN" ensures that all parts, except the main engine (base unit with electronics), can be thoroughly cleaned, including in a dishwasher.
3. Ice Packs: Clean ice packs with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before refreezing and reusing.
4. Reassembly: After cleaning and drying, reassemble the feeder by following the setup instructions in reverse order.

• Feeder not dispensing food:
  • Check if the feeder is powered on and has sufficient battery charge or is connected to a power source.
  • Ensure the food compartments are filled and not jammed. The F13W model includes an active identification anti-jamming function.
  • Verify that the feeding times are correctly programmed.
• Low Battery Indicator: When the battery is low, a low battery icon will flash on the LED screen. Recharge the feeder via USB or replace the alkaline batteries promptly.
• Lid not closing securely: Ensure all components are correctly aligned before attempting to close the lid. The "One Step to Lock Tightly" mechanism should engage smoothly.
