4. Setup and Operating Instructions
Preparation
- Check Battery Level: Ensure the battery level on the LED screen is above 20%. Charge the device using the included USB-C cable if needed.
- Confirm Pressure: Refer to your vehicle manual or product label for the required tire pressure.
- Select Nozzle: Choose the appropriate nozzle for your item (Schrader for car/motorcycle, Presta for bicycle, needle adapter for balls/toys).
How to Use (Approx. 5-6 Minutes)
- Take out the inflator: Ensure the device is intact and free of damage.
- Attach the nozzle: Connect the appropriate nozzle to the air hose, then twist the hose securely into the inflation port. Firmly clamp the nozzle onto the tire valve and hold for at least 3 seconds to ensure an airtight seal.
- Set pressure:
- Press and hold the Power button to turn on the device.
- Press the Mode button once to select the appropriate inflation mode:
- Car: 36 PSI (2.4 BAR)
- Bike: 45 PSI (3 BAR)
- Motorcycle: 35 PSI (2.3 BAR)
- Ball: 8 PSI (0.53 BAR)
- Custom: 3-150 PSI
- Press and hold the Mode button to enter unit selection mode. Then press once to switch between PSI / bar / kg/cm² / kPa.
- Use + / - buttons to set desired pressure.
- Inflate: Press the Inflate button to start inflating the tire. The device will stop automatically when the target pressure is reached.
- Light (Optional): When the device is powered on, press the Power button once to cycle through Flashlight, SOS, and Strobe modes. Press and hold the Power button to turn the light off.

User Tips
- Cool for 1 minute after use to avoid overheating.

5. Safety & Maintenance
Safe Use
- Do not aim the nozzle at people or animals.
- Children must be supervised by an adult when using the device.
- Do not exceed the recommended pressure (max 150 PSI) to avoid the risk of explosion or damage.
Environment & Usage Time
- Avoid exposure to rain (this device is not waterproof) and high temperatures.
- Each inflation should take less than 10 minutes. After 3 consecutive uses, let the device cool down for 5 minutes.
Storage & Care
- Store the device in a dry, shaded place.
- If unused for over 3 months, charge above 50% every 2 months.
- Wipe the shell and screen with a dry cloth. Do not wash with water. Clean air vents regularly with a soft brush.
- Always use the original USB-C cable (5V/2.4A) to charge.

- Device won't power on: Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds. If there's no response, charge the device for 30 minutes and try again.
- Air leakage: Make sure the nozzle is securely clamped. Check the alignment between the valve and the adapter.
