4. Setup Guide
4.1 Initial Power-Up
- Unpack all components from the box.
- Connect the power adapter to the alarm host and plug it into a power outlet.
- Ensure the alarm host powers on and the display activates.
4.2 WiFi Configuration
The alarm host supports 2.4G WiFi network connection only. Please ensure your WiFi network is 2.4G before proceeding.
- On your smartphone, ensure your WiFi connection is normal and connected to a 2.4G network.
- On the alarm host, open the main menu.
- Navigate to "WiFi configuration" and select "One-click configuration".
- Open the Tuya APP on your smartphone.
- In the Tuya APP, select "Add Device" (usually a '+' icon in the upper right corner).
- Choose "Sensing" from the categories, then select "WiFi alarm".
- Follow the prompts in the app, selecting "Next flash" or similar options as indicated.
- Wait for the connection to be successful. The alarm host will indicate a successful connection.

4.3 Language Settings
The system allows you to prioritize language settings for ease of use. The language setting will take effect immediately without the need for a restart.
- From the main menu, navigate to "Language settings".
- Select your preferred language from the available options (e.g., English, Chinese, German, etc.).
- Confirm your selection.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Arming and Disarming
The system can be armed or disarmed using several methods:
- Remote Control: Use the provided remote controls to arm (lock icon) or disarm (unlock icon) the system.
- Smartphone App: Use the Tuya Smart Life app to remotely arm or disarm the system from anywhere.
- Scheduled Arm/Disarm: Set up specific times for the system to automatically arm or disarm. This is useful for daily routines (e.g., arm when leaving for work, disarm when returning home).

5.2 SOS One-Click Help
In case of an emergency, press the SOS button on the main panel or remote control. The system will immediately trigger an alarm and notify preset contacts via phone calls and SMS.

5.3 Voice Control
Integrate your alarm system with Alexa or Google Assistant for convenient voice commands. For example, say "Alexa, disarm my home."

5.4 Sensor Alarms
The system supports various sensors to detect intrusions and hazards:
- Motion Detector: Detects movement within its range and triggers an alarm.
- Door/Window Sensor: Triggers an alarm if a protected door or window is opened while the system is armed.
- Smoke Detector: If smoke is detected, the system sends a field alarm signal to the host, which then pushes information to the app and calls the user.

5.5 Anti-Demolition Alarm
If the alarm host is forcibly removed or tampered with, it will beep on the spot and send a call/SMS alarm to notify the owner.

5.6 Doorbell Function
The system can also function as a doorbell. When the doorbell button is pressed, the system will emit a "Ding Dong" sound.

5.7 Smart Home Linkage

6. Maintenance

7. Troubleshooting
- Cannot connect to WiFi: Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4G. The alarm host does not support 5G WiFi. Check your router settings.
- Alarm not triggering: Verify that the system is armed. Check if sensors are properly installed and within range. Ensure sensor batteries are not low.
- No app notifications/phone calls: Check your smartphone's notification settings for the Tuya Smart Life app. Ensure the alarm host has a stable internet connection (WiFi/4G/GSM). Verify that the preset phone numbers are correct and have sufficient credit if using GSM.
- False alarms: Ensure motion sensors are placed away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or areas with pets. Check door/window sensors for proper alignment.
